Lisa Edelstein has been an American actor for more than twenty years. Her most famed role is for her role in House in the series House on Fox. Following her upbringing by Jewish conservatives in Wayne, New York City was the place she went to pursue her studies in acting at Tisch. But very soon, she became active in the club scene, and was able to make enough headlines to get noticed by the press, concurrently, becoming aware of the devastating effect of AIDS. Her experiences and her fame in order to compose and write the musical called Positive Me which she was a part of. The first time she was hired, she got her first position at MTV as presenter of Awake on The Wild Side shortly after. After Awake on The Wild Side was no longer being aired, she began acting in movies and on television, initially in small parts. In time, her experience as an actress grew.
